Project Background
Tiroflx was given a technical challenge by Y.Stern Engineering, an electromechanical assembly service provider, To design and manufacture a precision metal bracket to mount solenoids per a detailed engineering drawing. Requirements were Tight dimensional tolerances, Precise angle control, Scalable volume capacity, and Economical production.
Our OEM Manufacturing Approach
We forwarded the client’s sketch and technical specifications to shortlisted stamping factories with experience in precision metal stamping.
According to the evaluation of sample capability, price quotes, and lead time, we selected a qualified factory with good tooling capacity and established quality records.
We developed a specialty mold from the client’s CAD file.
We manufactured the part through CNC-controlled stamping, and more than 700,000 units have been produced to date, each manually deburred and visually inspected.
